Quotations

Site visits and quotations are free. A quotation is based on the information available at the site visit and sets out the agreed scope. Work outside that scope may need a revised quotation.

Workmanship guarantee

Renovation projects come with a 3-month workmanship guarantee. The specific terms that apply to your job will be confirmed with your quotation.

Contractors

Site work is carried out by trade contractors. Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered contractors and electrical work by NICEIC or NAPIT registered contractors.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
